I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfy rooms featuring a couch/hide-a-bed and dual sinks, although I didn't get to enjoy lounging with friends as planned. The service, though a bit overwhelmed, made my stay great, and the location, close to popular eateries and shopping centers, was convenient. The dining options were varied, but I missed some items from other Hyatt experiences.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very nice and attractive, resembling a studio apartment with a small kitchen and sitting area. However, the service was lacking as the staff were not friendly and seemed inconvenienced by our questions. The location was convenient for traveling and close to shopping and dining options, but there was some noise disturbance. The dining experience was below standard, leading me to dine out instead.
